For diffusers

Add up to 10 drops of your essential oil blend to your diffuser.

For a calming bath

Add 5 drops to warm bathwater and swirl to disperse.

For massage

Dilute 1–2 drops in a suitable base oil before applying to skin.

First aid guidance

IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

If skin irritation, rash, or eye irritation persists: seek medical advice.

• Use only as directed and do not exceed recommended drops.

• For external use only. Do not apply undiluted directly to skin.

• Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

• Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after handling.

• Avoid spilling on surfaces or fabrics; place diffuser on a protective surface.

• Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
